Currently acting as a Space Ranger in training, Kid Danger was taken under the wing of a high ranking officer of the Ranger forces that he affectionately calls "The Chief". This came about shortly after an incident at the Space Academy, where Kid Danger was studying, which resulted in extensive damage to one wing of the campus, the firing and incarceration of a teacher and his being expelled. The Chief saw through the initial scandal and noticed much potential in the Kid. This is what made him decide to continue his studies in becoming a Space Ranger.

Kid Danger is ten years of age but is more mature in nature than the average ten year old. He has a strong sense of duty and ethics, is diligent and assertive as well as being honourable and well meaning.

For this reason, he does not have many friends his age. One of the people with whom he kept the company of at the Space Academy was a young lady by the name of Rocket Girl. Being slightly older than the Kid, she saw a lot of admirable qualities in him plus she just liked the fact that she could get away with teasing him about it.

Kid Danger's time is spent mostly completing missions that the Chief assigns to him as part of his ongoing Ranger training but in his free time likes to hang out with Rocket Girl and her robot co-pilot Artemus, which usually leads to further adventures.
